SOFT KISS 5 POWER VERTICAL - FRIGOMAT

The soft ice cream machines of the series “KISS 5” represent the evolution of a historical model of great success, EV335, thanks to which Frigomat spread the knowledge of the good ltalian soft ice cream all over the world. First among the premium manufacturers, Frigomat revives the 5-lever model in a modern way and with technology upgrades, in order to meet the current requirements of the operators.

• Gear pump for an easy cleaning and maintenance.
• Big freezing cylinder for a high production to meet the daily peaks of demand.
• Great performances and an extremely high production up to 72 kg/h.
• High capacity preservation tanks.
• Maximum flexibility thanks to the complete autonomy of the preservation tanks and the independent consistency control, which allow to work flavours/products with different characteristics and with different quantities and frequency of serving.
• Double refrigeration system with semi-hermetic compressors.
• Three motors, one for each freezing cylinder.
• Possibility to turn off one or two production units in case of low season or for the ordinary cleaning operation or changing of one single flavour, while the other unit(s) of the machine keep on working.
• One-block beater made of technological polymer.
