If your package should have any dents on delivery, just accept the package from the couriers, subject to approval. This means the transport insurance can be activated at no extra cost for you, since our products always travel insured to protect them from any problems that may occur during transportation. If in doubt, and you think the damage may not be visible, sign anyway subject to approval, then check as soon as possible. If there is any damage, report the problem immediately so we can resolve as quickly and simply as possible.

Product not working

If you have an operational problem not caused by incorrect use, please remember all of our products are covered by a 12-month guarantee, so contact us by telephone at +39 0541 395609, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12:30pm and 2:30pm to 6:30pm, to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
