Blast chiller – 3 trays. Its power is guaranteed by a unit able to bring the chamber to a temperature of -40°C in a few minutes.
Thanks to its compact size (658 W x 630 D x 420 H mm), it can also be placed on top of a work counter or a refrigerated counter.
The digital control panel allows various parameters to be set to meet any requirement. It is fitted with a core probe. It can hold 3 standard GN 2/3 grids or trays (354x325mm).
