A.F. System was founded by Franco Anastasio and specialises in selling new and overhauled used gelato machines. Our range of machines is constantly changing.

We take your used machines in part exchange. We also supply display cases, gelato dipping cabinets, blast chillers and everything a gelato shop needs, and we work closely with companies specialising in the design of your premises, both the production lab and the retail area.

Together we can look at every option for renewing or supplying your machines, including overhauled second-hand equipment under warranty, and we give you the best valuation for your old machines.

Franco Anastasio
Franco Anastasio was born in Rimini on 2 December 1962. At the age of 20 he began his career as a gelato maker in his own gelato shops in Rimini, which he ran for fifteen years.
At 35 he started working with the Carpigiani dealership in Coriano as its exclusive equipment agent: over eleven years he designed and opened many gelato shops in Italy and around the world, and organised training courses for gelato makers with the best Italian masters.
In September 2009 he launched a project he had long had in mind, A.F. System, putting his experience and skills at the service of all gelato makers and of anyone who wants to become one.
