Insulation thickness: 60 mm. Removable top, self-closing door with magnetic gasket. Front panel with electronic control board with PTC chamber probe and core probe. Fan-assisted refrigeration with air circulator. Easily removable refrigeration unit, tropicalised as standard (ambient temperature +43°C and relative humidity 65%), running on R404A/R507 gas. Blast chillers also available without the refrigeration unit. Rear compartment that opens and removable unit, for easy maintenance. Timed evaporator defrosting at the end of the cycle, and lower tray to collect condensate water. Cycles can be set with the core probe at +3°C and -18°C, or by time. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet (60/90 H mm). Suitable for both GN 1/1 grids and 600×400 mm trays.
