Design and Features

• Bain-marie system: heating and cooling through a glycol fluid, designed to shorten pasteurisation times and cut electricity and water consumption.
• Oval stainless steel tank: redesigned tank bottom with a steeper slope, so the mix flows and drains out completely without pooling.
• Inverter agitator (M.V.I.): variable-speed stirrer that lets you set or automate the agitation speed to suit the different temperatures of the cycle.
• Touch screen interface: full monitoring on a 7” LCD display with intuitive graphics.
• D.A.T. & HACCP control: automatic temperature diagnostics (Diagnostic Automatic Temperature) and process data logging via USB port (optional).
